A back takes time to build, I would suggest you spend the next fews years doing deadlifts, heavy rows and a variety of pull down movements.

toss alot of wide grip motions such as weighted chins and lat pulldowns in to widen you out

for me, mine really comes in when i started using hooks (or straps) it allows you to use a weight that your wrists will give out on.. It's always good to build wrist and grip strength, but that takes time and patience..

for the mass and strength in the back.. use the hooks..

Using a wide grip to widen your back is a fallacy. Kinesiology supports you actually get a better stretch, fuller range of motion and activate more muscle fibers with medium and close grip exercises. I am not suggesting by any means that wide grip movements should not be included in your back routine.

I use a semi wide grip pullup and it seems to work the best. Its the only thing that I done that actually widens my lats. Close grip pullups and lat pulldowns do nothing for me. My routine is 10 sets of 5 which makes 50 pullups every monday along with the rest of my back routine. GL bro
