Thanks for all the positive feedback, means alot.
Well I've been away in Las Vegas for about 5 days.....we all know what that means....I def feel set back, but that was to be expected.
In terms of Diet and Cardio....I have to be honest and say I am far from a model person....I simply try to eat as much protein as possible with my time constraints whether they are clean calories or not, the GH def helps me cheat, but I can imagine if ate clean how I would look, but fortunately since I am not competing I am pretty pleased with being full and relatively lean for normal standards. I am def not reccomending using GH to cheat. I drink tons of water, take the basic supps, glutamine, protein shakes, and multi vitamins. Try to stay very regimented with my dosing regime of AAS. I typically do one longer cycle per year.
In terms of cardio, I do not do any, I usually go for the shorter high intesity regimes and usually get to the gym 4-5 times a week. I have a very high stressed job that doesn't have set hours ( I am on call ) plus we all know the demanding girlfriend and other familial obligations. Sounds like a string of excuses but like I said, I have found the balance that works for me of carreer/training/ and personal life. I will never abandon training, keeps me going. But like I said this is what is working for me for my goals. I do not compete or compete in other athletics, so for my goals this seems to be working. Far from a role model, but this is just some real world straight up talk of what I really do, not gonna feed anybody a line.
