cutting help
what should i do to get cut more i diet and run and lift everyday

check out your diet .. in the diet forum.... and work on your cardio...

and you should at least give your body time to rest at least 1 day....never, ever RUN...walk on a nice incline in the morning on an empty stoumach at 65-70% of your heart rate for 45 minutes to an hour

Stop running, find a fat burning form of cardio not a muscle wasting one, get your diet in check, etc.
