I'm trying to cut up to the single digits....I don't want to be insanely ripped, but just wanna have a vivid six pack with good definition. I have 5 more weeks to reach my goal.
Stats:
5'9"
176 lbs.
42" chest
16" arms
32.5" waist
27" legs
21 years old
This probably wasn't the best time to take pics either...I had a very bad diet weekend because we went to shreveport...ate entirely too much.

One thing I can say for sure, is don't doubt the need for L-Taurine. I started off taking 1-1.5 g a day thinking this would be sufficient....the cramps in my forearms and biceps 3 days in brought me to my knees....been taking 5g every since.

Thanks bros. Currently I'm taking 120mcgs split up into twice a day. Hoping to see good results. I did a good deal by diet, getting from 200lbs to about 177lbs. Currently I'm 172lbs (since starting clen a week ago), hoping to see good results.
Okay bros 2 weeks on clen now. Here are some updated pics. Can you guys help me out with some guesstimated bf percentages? I know the lighting and hair makes it kinda difficult, but any help will be appreciated let me know what you think and feel free to ask questions!

Wow dude amazing. I cant wait to start my clen cycle in 3-4 weeks. Im just going to all natural and see how much progress I have doing that while im recharging my beta recepters. Im in the same boat as you 175, same height but I just want those visible abs. I was thinking Clen/T3 but I dont know im only 19.
From what I've heard bro, stay away from T3 if you aren't using gear. Besides bro, at 19, a clean diet and clen alone will work WONDERS.

Fantastic Job, looks like you react well to clen along with obvious hard work and dedication. Sorry to get off the topic but as im writing this my GF checked out your first pic and saw your ole' lady. She is curious to know what she has done to get the body she has, if anything. you can pm me or respond to the thread but i would greatly appreciate any supplement info on her. My gf is in the cutting process and wants a second opinion to what to do along with her strenuous diet,workout, cardio routine. Thanks alot bro. And you do look amazing. one suggestion tho, would you mind on the next week posting a back photo. from the side view looks like in the light of the training you could use to hit the upper back a little harder. other than that keep it up. lata

Thanks for the response, and I will be sure to post a back pic. As for my ole' lady. She is just very genetically gifted. She eats pretty horribly, but just stays away from sugar and stuff most of the time, except Dr. Pepper...she loves them. Other than that she does like no cardio or anything like that. She drinks some supplememt sometimes, I've never really paid attention, she works at a chiropractors office and they have her on it. If you have any other questions, or if she wants to talk to her.....just drop me a P.M.

Thanks bros. I have been using 120mcgs since the about the 4th day of clen usage. I split my dosage up into two 60mcg dosages twice daily. Once when I wake up before breakfast, and another about 2 hours after my workout. I have been doing this for 3 weeks now. I used benadryl for my 3rd week to upgrade the receptors, but wasn't really consistent with it, so may carry that over into this week as well. I have 3 weeks of dieting left. I'm not sure if I will be able to utilize clen for the remaining weeks because I spilt my bottle, and lost about 3/4 of what I had left...and don't wanna buy another bottle for two weeks worth of usage. I do feel as if I probably could have lost the weight without clen, it would have just taken more cardio, I just had a personal time limit and needed to speed up the results. I wouldn't have used it if I hadn't had a specific date I wanted to have achieved my goal by.
Its incredible how well your abs are coming in and the cuts that are coming along with the rest of your body. If you dont mind me asking, what does your diet look like as well as your split. Also you took the benadryl while taking the clen. What dosage of the benadryl did you take and what kind?

Actually bros, I started my diet in mid-January at 201lbs. I am now 170lbs. waist went from 37" to currently 31.5". My diet looked like this...I know it's not the perfect diet but it's what I've been following.
1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop protein
1 can tuna
WORKOUT
2 scoops protein 1/3 cup Dextrose
1 large chicken breast and 1 cup brown rice
Grilled shrimp and or turkey burger
1 scoop protein and 2 tbsp. natty peanut butter
I know there are several things missing...especially fibrous veggies...I'm just not a big veggie person. If I have a sweet craving, I grab a sugar free popsicle. I'm kinda pressed for time, but I will post my workout routine up shortly. I do 30mins of cardio 3-4 times a week.
