    5 months progress! 198 - 238 so far!!

    in week 10 of my test e & dbol cycle..

    started bulking in dec 05.. pics of my progress below..

    Congratulations on the gains. You put on size, but give us some more stats, i.e. height, measurements etc.

    You definently started the cycle too early in your training though.

    yes but done a lot of cardio / played football(soccer) but gave hat up at the turn of the year

    Don't wanna be rude, but even w/ dbol, that's not that good, i mean, all natty, i could have done way better w/ dbol......i've been lifting for 2and half years, and serioulsy in a Yates' way for 7 months....i've bumped up from 73 kg (161 lbs) to 89 (195 lbs).....not any single cycle at all, just food, busting my ass, resting, and ok......some NO/test booster stuff sometimes.....


    That said u're results ain't so bad.........keep it up!

    I'm 6'2" and hit 235 all natty, a bit of fat, like your first pic, but did it with diet and dedication, gonna run some SD this fall that will be my first and I have been lifting for 6.5 years, not tryin to dog on ya but after this cycle is done hold off and eat, eat, eat and build a natural base

    I was tryin to be honest.......sorry, but juice's one thing - good if used smartly - training/diet's another........better get that before even thinkin about the god nectar!!

    You look better for sure. But if i were you i would look into training and diet before running another cycle.

    Difference maybe, but i don't consider water gains as gains at all, cuz we all know he won't keep 'em....and harsh i dunno about that, judging by some stretch marks, i'd say not enough food B4 juicing, then no, not harsh, reallistic....

    I thought i read a post where you talked about taking either halodrol or superdrol, or Ergo LMg?

    That was Max lmg, not the same compound at all, and not considered even like PH.....

    Never did a single cycle of AAS in my life bro, i just don't think that i've reached my max naturally and last 6 months shows it quite well........

    I added 30 kg (65 lbs) to my squat // 20 kg (44 lbs) to benchpress // and so on.....just by by trial and learning how to bust my ass @ the gym bro!

    Not that... all these kids think they can lift weights for a week or two and then ready for steroids. There should be a minium of 2 or 4 years of very serious lifting experience before trying steroids because doing it prematurely causes your body to become totally dependant on steroids to grow or maintain muscle and the gains you make when on, come off extremely fast when you exit the steroids. In otherwords we are trying to tell these kids not to phuck themselves. Most kids will admit to you they could care less about future muscle gain or loss problems or even health problems they will have 2 or 3 years from now. All they care about is looking all hot and buff NOW for summer so they can get laid next week. You know how the young adult mind works.

    there is a difference, but you could have got the same results naturally.
    did you do research before your cycle?

    ....Ok, so, next time try to change all your habits, diet/training and ask yoself if juicing would bring you up something more!
