Congratulations on the gains. You put on size, but give us some more stats, i.e. height, measurements etc.
You definently started the cycle too early in your training though.

Don't wanna be rude, but even w/ dbol, that's not that good, i mean, all natty, i could have done way better w/ dbol......i've been lifting for 2and half years, and serioulsy in a Yates' way for 7 months....i've bumped up from 73 kg (161 lbs) to 89 (195 lbs).....not any single cycle at all, just food, busting my ass, resting, and ok......some NO/test booster stuff sometimes.....Originally Posted by *Alex*

I'm 6'2" and hit 235 all natty, a bit of fat, like your first pic, but did it with diet and dedication, gonna run some SD this fall that will be my first and I have been lifting for 6.5 years, not tryin to dog on ya but after this cycle is done hold off and eat, eat, eat and build a natural base

Not that... all these kids think they can lift weights for a week or two and then ready for steroids. There should be a minium of 2 or 4 years of very serious lifting experience before trying steroids because doing it prematurely causes your body to become totally dependant on steroids to grow or maintain muscle and the gains you make when on, come off extremely fast when you exit the steroids. In otherwords we are trying to tell these kids not to phuck themselves. Most kids will admit to you they could care less about future muscle gain or loss problems or even health problems they will have 2 or 3 years from now. All they care about is looking all hot and buff NOW for summer so they can get laid next week. You know how the young adult mind works.Originally Posted by Prime
