    Who Hates SwoleCat?..... not me.

Hello all, I'm a lurker here and client of SwoleCat. I've followed this board for actually quite awhile. Actually this is probably one of the first boards that I used when starting my fitness endeavor. I signed up recently and I thought I'd show off my progress. I've used SwoleCats services to help me achieve my goals. I know this board is notorious for having quite a few Swole haters but as you will see... Swole has helped my fat ass! and his services are worth every penny and each and every person on this board should treat his advice as GOLD!

Anyway... below are some pictures of my transformation, time lapse is 1 year (except back bi pic, 9 months), averaged 1 lb loss per week. I'm still working on my cut, hopefully another month or two and I can start bulking. There sure is a lot of knowledge on this board and it has helped progress me toward my goals, Thanks!!!

My starting stats was 217, now 166. I'm 5'9"-10"ish, age 23. Final Goal is to be a solid 180-185, it'll happen... I'm patient.

    My pics:

damn good work, I would say that swole gave you the tools , but infact i think it was your dedication and desire that helped you succeed.

Amen brother... It is tragic when people with my level of dedication follow the wrong path..... it's amazing what happens when you combine that dedication with the right path tho!

    Synergistic effects kick ass!

The biggest difference I can see is in the rear double bi. It is insane the differences in that picture. You definently look better, what is your BF goal before you start bulking?

This is a big are of concern of mine right now.... I'm in college and I'm starting 'real life' in September and I took a position where ill will be working lots of hours and travel a good amount. So, I dont know if I'm going to cut until then, cut for like another month then a short bulk and try to get 2 good weeks of cutting in before work, cut and maintain to see what my career will be... its still all up in the air. My worst fear is bulking, putting on some fat then my career makes it VERY difficult on me to use the cutting protocol I want.... but who knows?

Anyhow thanks for the prop everyone!

We did it all, nutritional protocols, cardio instruction, a training frequency schedule, consultation/check in's, etc.

    I leave nothing un-addressed.

Yes, he helps with diet, exercise, supplements, everything you need help with, check it site gotswole.com, he is worth every penny. Actaully it will save you money and time... think about time spent researching and you do not know if it is true or not or if it works?? His diet protocol will save you a ton of food cost (at least 95% of his clients will claim this), and he will tell you exactly what supps to get and when to take them which will help out not buying stuff that you may not need.

All in all... the program is very synergistic (meaning, the whole is greater than the sum of all its parts)... its the combination of all the small things that result in outstanding results. check him out, you'll see what I mean.

Back in HS (4-5 years ago) I powerlifted and played football, I didnt do shit about about 2-3 years of college (I was taking full time classes and working 35+hours)... but back in my old days, I could put up about 1100-1200 in the 195lb class at power lifting tourneys when I was 18, so I wasn't new to lifting at all... consistant cardio was new to me tho, and 'eating based on what you do' was a new concept... but I'd say not new to workout by any means....

    Thanks for the props all!
