Great work Pink, you look righ on target. If one thing stands out to me its definitely the legs, hams especially look VERY good, infact probably better than mine. Keep it up, we are rooting for you.

Hun you're looking good.
I see many notable improvements: shoulders; quads; hams; glute shape
However.. the lower abdomen... i'm not sure if it's due to your trying to rush to the cam or a mild distension from eating. Some fronts shots would assist in the assessment. Your obliques are in great shape.. which suggests that your lower abdomen should be also. Are you holding water there right now?
How long have you posing sessions been daily?
Are you consciously lifting your diaphram when you walk etc?
Are you breathing from the lower part of your lungs (diaphram area).. or are you doing shallow chest cavity breathing when you pose?
The latter is preferable as it allows for one to keep the midsection totally flat, and sometimes concave, during posing (by drawing the abdominal muscles inward and upward... an internal static contraction)
Looking good overall... knock 'em dead
