    Thanks everyone for the kind words. You almost make me want to try this again. I said almost! 2 weeks later and I still am a water tank! 25lbs up from contest day and I am eating clean. Any idea how long regulation of water takes after a show? What poundage would be normal? I hope about half.

    I'll be lucky if I look like that when I'm 39. I barley have the will power to do this right now. In 7 days I will be on stage ripped to shredds and dry. And in 8 days if I was swimming in Florida I'd me mistaken for an endangered the Manatee (water bloated ass)!

    you look great. to me thats ideal. to look like a bodybuilder, but not be freakish. (no offense to anyone who's under the impression bigger is ALWAYS better)
