Here are my current results from the 'Ultimate diet for getting ripped without losing muscle' thread at elite.
I found a pic with kind of the same pose i did on the new one, but 7 weeks earlier.. I posted this in a new thread to keep it clear and unconfusing.
Stats:
Followed the diet for 3 weeks now without cheating
Height: 1.82m
Weight before: 83kg
Weight now: 78kg
BF% now: last week 10%
