    Talking 2nd cycle wrap up

    Hey Fellas,
I will be starting pct this Saturday after a 13 week Test E, Deca, and Dbol cycle. I took the Dbol for a little over 4 weeks to start and then 4 weeks to fill the gap before pct. I have gained about 32 lbs. The first two pics are from January after I went on a low calorie cutting diet which really slimmed me down. The third pic is from February The other pics are from this week.

Looking much improved. How did you look before you're first cycle?

Unfortunately, I don't have pics of me before my first cycle cause I was always too embarrassed of being so thin. I gained about 30 lbs from my first cycle as well as some extra fat around my midsection and wanted to lose it before I started my second one. It has always been difficult to lose that without slimming down all over so I lost a great deal of what I gained but kept real toned. The whole thing has been a learning experience and I continue to learn everyday. I can tell you that I would not be where I am today if it had not been for the juice, even though we all know that's only a small part of how it is done.

Not true dude. You could have gotten where you are without the juice.
    Whats your weight and height?

Anyways. nice gains though. Keep it up!
    Good luck!

I am 180 lbs at 5'10". I agree that I could've gotten where I am without the juice but what I meant was not in this period of time. :-). Thanks guys.

I would now learn how to maintain bodyweight and muscle while off cycle. Otherwise you will continue to yo-yo up and down in weight between each cycle.

If things go similar to the way they went before, I should be ok. I lost about 8 pounds of water after last cycle and maintained my weight for over 2 months until I started dieting about 5 weeks before the start of cycle number 2. Because of my fast metabolism, the weight flew off. I know not to do that again.

It'll be a struggle to keep what you have gained with exogenous substances once you are natural, as your body simply does not understand the addition of the new weight, nor what it is you are trying to accomplish.

This is why a "base" to begin with is crucial, very very crucial.

Everyone has their own opinions on how things should be done and I respect that. This is a lifetime commitment and I will only continue to build as the years go on and when I lose some which is to be expected, I will continue to stay focused and dedicated. When I decided to cross over to the dark side, I was curious to see how it would affect my workouts and am happy with the results of both cycles. Like I said earlier, it has been a learning experience. When one puts artificial hormones into their body, whether they have a good base or not, doesn't the body try to revert back to its state before the cycle? So what are the negative effects of one who doesn't have a good base? LBM gains should be similar right? (all other things being equal)
