    before and after cycle (from 185 to 196)

    i have to say i am quite dissapointed

    ok so i have an extra 11lbs on me but i look so much leaner in my before pics
    i cant help but think that half of my gains have been fat - leaving negligable gains in muscle mass

    check out the before and after pics and see what u think

    first pic on left = before (185lbs)

    second pic on right= after (196lbs)

    still look good G-force. you just don't look as ripped that's all. did you bulk with a cycle or just natural ?? ?

    with this cycle i actually bulked for 11 weeks - up to 205lbs
    then did a 4 week cutter with t4 and clen down to my present 196lbs

    you do look a bit leaner in your before's, especially your back...but good gains nonetheless...good job bro...what did your cycle consist of?

    the thing is: if i tried cutting back to a similar bf% i would prob lose a bit of muscle and end up pretty much the same size as my before pics.

    it feels like i havent gained anything
    strength is still pretty much the same

    this cycle was

    sust 750mg EW weeks 1 - 11
    Dbol 50mg ED weeks 1 - 4
    Deca 400mg EW weeks 1 - 11

    followed by a short cut

    prop 100mg ED
    clen, t4

    this was my 4th cycle - all of my cycles have been 12 weeks or longer

    feel like i cant gain anymore

    mh.. well i think your cycle didn't produce satisfying gains. You looked alot better in the "b4" pics IMO...

    I think you gained some waterweight along with some extra fat as you already mentioned.
    Are sure you're gear wasn't fake or sth?
    Moreover the gear you took is likely to produce a "watery appearance".. Maybe you should try tren, eq, test prop, t-bol or similiar next time..

    This is not to descredit you - just an honest opinion.

    i agree - i think i looked better before

    those pics were taking about 2 days after my last prop jab so i suppose it is possible that i still had some water retention

    i keep meaning to take some more pics - but havent got round to it

    and no the gear wasnt fake

    it doesnt make sense to me. Maybe your just not growing anymore from aas. It can be possible but I doubt it cuz its your 4th cycle.

    i'm really pissed off
    my diet was pefect too
    only going 500kcals over maintenance and increasing as the weeks progressed

    allways very healthy eating

    looks like HGH maybe my only option

    if everything was in check (i.e diet, cycle,training) then I would have to agree with you. You had good dosages too not weak ones soo Maybe HGH would be the solution.

    You're 5'11'' if I remember correctly.... I'm 5'11'' as well and have been shooting for your look, before or after... you look good either way. It's nice cause it kinda gives me an idea what a certain amount weight/BF would look like on my frame, I would be ecstatic to be either the Before or After pics, and I know I will be w/ time.

    You look sick bro and i agree with everyone else, your holding water bro your going 2 shread those gains, you'll look sick as FK in a month!

    If your not gaining man i would say take those calories to the top 7000+ like clock work, how many were you eating, and how many hours of sleep were you getting on average?

    thing is - if i cut again i would end up pretty much exactly the same as before
    same weight and bf and nothing wouldve changed

    towards the end of my cycle i was consuming around 5,500 kcal
    remeber i am only 200lbs ish so i couldnt see myself eating 7000kcals and not gettin fat

    hey bro, you look good, if every cycle yielded the gains they 'should', then we'd all be gigantic and shredded... you put on a little size, and that necessitates (sp) a bloating and bf... certainly no big deal.. and no way around that.. off cycle I would get a little leaner, and hit a serious 18 week bulker next time, no cardio, tons of calories, and maybe switch up your source, all that gear should've given you a little more size IMO... try and put on about 30-40 lbs.. then hit another cutter and you'll net some better gains.. anyway thats my 2c.. best of luck bro...

    yep i agree with you on changing source

    i'm gonna make sure i get some good gear this time - from ROHM - i have heard good things about them

    not sure about doin another long cycle as all my others have been at least 12weeks and i always found it very difficult to gain after about week 6

    thats why i am probably gonna hit it hard an heavy for a 4-6weeker next time
    then off for 4 weeks and hit it again

    its gonna be

    150mg ed prop
    100mg ed tren
    75mg ed masteron

    Ahh.. 30-40 is pretty extreme... that was an exaggeration.. 20lbs sounds more reasonable..

    I feel that you look magnificient rerardless of how you may have percieved your 4th cycle turnout. The difference between the two pics mainly looks like normal cut to contest cut, so either way you have definition. One thing i wanna put out to you is that your body might not have reacted to one of the certain AAS substances that you took opposed to others. I for one have noticed less effect with Test-E than Prop so i always will base a cycle around prop. If you are looking for that bigger look then it may seem you should just restructure another cycle for later or just go the natural way and intake mass amounts of cals. Sorry to hear that you are not impressed with your results but in certain areas you can see a difference. I noticed, that your peaks on bi's looks higher as well as your traps. well good luck to you on whatever you decide.

    You were better off before... whatever you cycled and ate, fattened you up... I dont see any muscular gains... just fat and water gains.

    Way too much sust and dbol... produces tremendous amounts of estrogen which brings feminizing fat gains and water bloating... deca is OK, trenbalone is better...but when doing deca or tren... I like to keep testosterone at more like sex drive maintaining levels like 250 mg a week and rely on the deca or trenbalone for keepable muscle gains... trenbalone with minimal dose testosterone is best because if you did that, you might have gained only 10 lbs but would have come out even more shredded then before.

    the pics were actually taken 3-4weeks after last shot of deca/sust

    i think my deca was fake anyway cos my joints actually got worse

    G-force: First of all, you look good...But I think alot of your gear was fake or underdosed. Probally the latter, either way, defently change source next time.
    If the gear was good, you would have gained muscle and especially "strenght", on that cycle, if diet/training was in check.

    Trying short cycles are a good idea. B/c of the much easier recovery that comes with short cycling, you can cycle more often, so you have more to look forward too, more often. People usally put so much in to their long cycles, that if they suffer some joint-problems(injuries) like you did, the whole run will promote poor results, as you want be able to train properly, and you would have been shut down for a long time so your body will need plenty of time to recover on top of that.
    Ime the same as you, i gain in the first 5-6weeks before gains slows down, so being on longer is basically pointless.

    I would stay clean a little longer, so you can prime your diet like marcus300 has explained in hes thread, and then create a very optimal situvation for muscle grow, when you hit your next (short) cycle.
    Personally, I would also switch the masteron with winny, in your next cycle, that you put up. To get more anabolism from the non-AR meditaded mechanism. Tren will cover and bind very strongly to the AR-recepter.

    current best lifts

    bench - 315lbs
    Deadlift - 530lbs
    Squat - 465lbs

    my bench actually hasnt gone up in one and a half years
    deads and swuats have improved though

    VITOR- yep - cant wait till my short cycle - trouble is i have about 2 - 3 months to wait and i'm very impatient - not sure about winny as i have problems with my joints.

    FOSKAMINK - cheers for the compliment bud

    ROCKHARDMAN - for this cycle i trained each body part once a week

    chest: 12 - 15 sets
    Back: 16 sets
    Quads 10 - 12 sets
    Hams 8 sets
    bi's and tri's 9 sets
    delts 12 sets + 4sets traps
    calves - 6 sets (twice a week)

    all my lifts were of the heavy compound varitey
    starting on 10 reps and finishing with 4 reps on last set
    very little (if any) isolation movements

    diet - 5000 - 5500kcals a day all clean - except for 1 (sometimes 2 ) cheat meals a week

    I agree with rise2gr8ness.........You looked great b4 the cycle!!!! still look good now...If you just keep up with the cut--you gonna look sick again..worst case scenario is that you look like you did b4 & most would LOVE to look like that..keep goin bro-you look great-despite a crappy cycle.

    Man you look damn good. And had some good gains. But damn dude you didnt even need it. you looked awesome even before. Its obvious you bulk some and aren't as ripped. but im 5'7" 165 and my goal weight is 190-200 or if i looked like you i would be very happy. keep training and working hard dude you're setting an awesome example.
