    2 weeks after pct

    just thought i would update you guys on how i am getting on ,here are some pics i have just taken ,its been 2 weeks now since i finised my pct lost about 9lbs .i have been lifting 5 days a week and got my diet right [i think].i know i messed up with what i done and i do regret it now ,but if i keep lifting and eating right i hope i can keep the gains.i know i said i was going to start another cycle but i am not going to yet for a good while .......................................thank you to all you guys who help me over the last couple of months and i dont blame you guys for flameing me because of what i done ....i know the pics suck but it is hard to take with a web cam ..i know i have lots and lots of work to do but i am working on it

    thanks for you comments guys ,i might try and up my cals by 1500 a day,i am takeing in around 3500/4000 as it is and that is hard work eating all that but hay no pain no gain .
