    My before and Current pics...

    First was taken on 4/2/02, the second was taken 6/9/02.

    Stats:

    19 years old.
    205lbs.
    6'2"
    bf% ???

    Progress is slow, but the fat is still coming off. What do you guys think?

    I like the difference, your noticably wider. Plus the tan adds to it as well!

    Good work and keep banging!! You are young and have so much time to reach your goals all you have to do is stick with it and you'll get there! You said that the weight is coming off slowly? That is a good thing because the slower you drop weight the better chance you have of keeping it off! Keep up the good work! Good luck my friend!

    Thanks for all the kind words everyone. Here are my current stats:

    205lbs. (Down from 210lbs. when first pic was taken)
    35" waist (37" in first pic)
    Not sure of bf% because I don't have access to a caliper.

    I have been working out off and on for 5 years, and I had made pretty good progress. But in january of this year, I had an accident on my motorcycle and I broke my leg and dislocated my shoulder. So needless to say, 2 months in bed and 3 months of no weight training took it's toll on me. I am finally back into it and I can do bench press again with my shoulder so I am pretty excited.

    I did a program similar to body for life last year but I made some mistakes on my diet and cardio and I lost a lot of muscle along with the fat. So now, my goal is to gain lean mass and SLOWLY lose the fat. Becuase when I lost 45lbs. in 3 months, I gained almost all of it back within a year. So I am trying to do it right this time. Any other comments are welcome. Redrock
