Here are some first pics of Juice!

Well, I'm finally posting up some pics because I haven't had any motivation lately and have been slacking on my gym time. Sorry for the sweaty pics, but I just got done working in the yard. Don't go easy on me guys because I know I need alot of work and take all critisizm as constructive. I've been working out solid a little over 2 years, I'm 20 years old and all natural. I have been taking protein regularly since I started a few years ago. I started at 140, got up to about 195 and now I'm hanging around 185-190. I want to get to a lean 200 by the end of the year. For some reason I just haven't been motivated lately. I just feel like being lazy. Thanks for looking.

Well done bro. Stick to the compound movements, keep the protein and cals high and you will grow like a weed.

He said he was natural. Pretty good for natural. Get in the gym dammit. If you dont have the motivation from yourself....you'll never get to the gym. You have to WANT IT.

Thanks for all of the comments guys. I know, I look at myself in the mirror and tell myself to get my ass in the gym, it's just there has been so much going on in the last few weeks. My schedule has been really messed up. I've been to the gym about 2-3 times a week the last few weeks and I normally go about 5 days a week.

Rockhardman, I am natural, as I stated above and also your criticism was not constructive so please piss off!

That's a diff story....in your earlier post it sounded like you were just plain lazy...i know what it's like to have your routine fu$%d up....keep that positive attitude...let unwanted unhelpful criticism fly by (not worth your time to type)...your on the right path and your goal for this year WILL be obtained. I know this because I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night

I appreciate it. I've had really strong motivation up until recently and I think since my schedule, diet and everything else in my life has been out of wack, I just kind of lost it. I'm taking a full load of summer classes(which I'm not used to) right now, and I work at nights. I posted these on here to possibly help out with getting myself re-motivated by looking at myself. I've got the complex(which most guys that work out do) that I always look too small, so I'm trying to hear from other lifters what I need to work on to get my self motivation back up.

look at your before pic, and then look at your latest ones. great improvements mate, just think what you will look like in another 1-2 years of hard training and eating. its understandible that your training is currently suffering, dont beat yourself up over it though, as itl only make things worse. whatever you may lose during this time, will definately come back very quickly when your schedule allows you to resume a better training routine
