Thanks guys!!
I have had a few people tell me that I need to eat more to gain mass. And now that I think about it im starting to believe it. I work out every day with no big changes over time. I still get tired quick. Sort of like a lack of energy. This is what I eat pretty much every day!
Breakfast; scrabbled egg with cheese and hot sauce.
Lunch; grilled chicken and rice with hot sauce or bbq sauce.
Supper; usually some kind of chicken and vegetables with rice. Nothing too big.
I never snack, or eat sweets. All I drink is water, milk, juice.
What im thinking. Is that I need to start drinking a protean shake with every meal and doubling up on my meats. Or is that a bad Idea.

check the diet forum and read the bulking sticky and pay attention to post workout and post-post workout meals as they are very important. off the bat i can tell you that only 3 small meals a day isnt doing much for you!!
on the pic: looking good. you have a nice frame to build on.

Honestly, diet is the most important part of bodybuilding. You can hit the weights as hard as you want, but without a diet you can only progress so much. Start finding ways to sneak meals in whenever you can. There are plenty of ways you can cook meals to go for work, school, whatever if you are short on time.

Stick to HEAVY compound movements(dead lifts, squats, bench presses, barbell military presses, barbell rows), eat zas much protein as you possibly can 250-350 grams'day, and keep the cals high. Good luck bro!

Not just any meats - Fish, Turkey, Chicken especially.
Five meals a day - minimum!
Calories if lifting every day should be (judging from your size) 2,800 to 3,000
for starters. If that starts some weight gain for you - great!
If not - up it by 200 and monitor for a couple weeks and see where that puts you.
1.5 grams of protein for each pound of body weight should be plenty for starting out.
Research complex carbs and learn what to eat out of those types of foods to get a more staedy energy base and you will not feel so tired.
Remember to get rest as well! You have to give that muscle time to heal and grow!
I give you credit for posting pics and being open minded - that's a HUGE step in the right direction.
The Brothers and Sisters at AR are cool - they'll help you out.

Thanks guys, yall are helping me a lot. I’m just trying to figure out how I can squeeze 5 meals a day in. maybe I’ll pack some chicken for my brakes at work and eat them then. In every thing I do I give it 110%. I know im just a scrawny white boy but im all heart, so I know ill be successful in what ever I do. But I do have a few questions!! With me eating so much am I going to loose my skinny stomach? I don’t mind getting a little fat on me over the winter time, but I don’t want any for the next two months. I can always cut fat before next summer.
Ok so heres my plans, so correct me if im wrong and encouraged me if im right.
Protean shake at breakfast, lunch and before work outs.
Eat 5 meals a day consisting of fish, turkey, and especially chicken.
Work hard on the dead lifts, squats, bench presses, barbell, military presses, barbell rows.
Sit ups, crunches every day.
Cardio at least 4 times a week.
What else am I missing??
