Before i get any shit i am overweight i know but i have dropped 28 lbs in the last few months which i am proud of and will drop another 10 in the next month just want an educated guess of my bf%. also for some reason my right peck is holding more fat than my left any ideas how to sort this.

I'm no expert but I'm guessing 17 - 18 % Body Fat. Work Triceps more and do more incline for upper chest.
Can't help with the pecs. Looks like you've got a natural droop at the nipple line.
    Inclines may help.

Curious to see what others think.

    Props for posting your pictures.
    Keep it up!

I was gonna say around 18-20% as well. I dont see it being UNDER 18%, but probably around there.

Good job on your weight loss progress. If you want, you can post your diet in the diet section and you should get some help from the members in there (including me) to help speed things along even more.

From my understanding ..at around 12-13% BF you get to start seeing the definitions in the midsection. At 10% you got a clearly visable sixpack. At around 15% you have a flat stomach, yet a layer covering up the definitions. The ribs on the sides should however at this point be visable to some extend.

My best guess would be that you're around 20-22% BF. I base my opinion on the following. The *handels* on each side seems to require some hard work before they will let go. Your back seems to be thick, however your BF% is way too high for any definitions to show. This goes for arms as well ..all a measurement to me as far as BF% goes...

Another 25lbs down and you'll be a new man....

I disagree with your BF % based on ab definition......abs have a somewhat genetic trait to them, like calves. I have been 8% before on a six site caliper test because every other site was negligalbe like 1-2, yet my abs were by far my worst area......Just the cross I bear. You can see the abs somewhat but not as ripped as they should be and do not match definition of my legs, shoulders, chest, arms. You can not determine BF% by ab definition alone.

Well, I didn't base my whole judgement on the midsection alone tho..the degree of definition on the back\arms along with the midsection makes me say 20-22%. However it might just as well be 20% as it could be 22%. Definatly not below 20%.

At 18% the arms and back would have looked alot more defined and solid.

Hey bro, you wont see any noticeable changes in just two weeks...it is a realtively long and slow process, but yes, you look a touch leaner. the love handles definately came down some. I will check in on your diet thread here in a minute.

    ditto. about 20%

you know what I noticed is that when you do drop your bf down to 13% and you get rid of those love handles. You are going to have a sick azz V-Taper because you have a little waist.
