    room to grow

    these are my before cycle pics i am 6'4 245 13%bf let me know from what you can see what really need to be attended to.

    Nice Arms! I'm 6'41/2'' with the same bf as you and I weigh 245lbs. Your arms are bigger than mine but my upper body appears alot thicker than yours dose. Hows your legs?

    Now to critique from your poses. In the double bi you appear to have no lats and your chest also needs work.

    Sorry bro no pics on my comp. LOL that guy is big. BUT remember , don't get obsessed with the scale, go by the mirror for your progress. Once you start trying to get heavy your appearence goes to hell (atleast mine did) <-- when I got obsessed with gaining weight. I got up to 265 and looked all bloated and soft.


    I started going heavy everyday on bench day and my chest is starting to get bigger. What do you do for back? I cant do deadlifts because I always strain my back because of my height. So I do hangcleans + alot of shrugs and latpulldowns, and they seem to be making my back thicker.

    yea deads are a killer but i have been getting them done, nothing too heavy. But i have been sticking to alot of latpulls, rows and shrugs. are you on a cycle right now hell mask? lately i have been trying to really focus on my dieting hardcore with no cheating

    Im on Winstrol only right now. My cycles are very light and mild compared to others I've seen. I want a body capable of performance not just looks. + it's summer and it helps maintain muscle while cutting!

    I like to cheat in my diet lol I should get strict with it.

    Whats your arm routine like man? My arms look like twigs on my body, they just won't grow.

    I usually do bis and tris together,
    bis
    alternate db
    bb preachers
    hammer rope curl
    hammer preacher drop sets
    I usually go anywhere from 12-18sets

    tris
    close grip bench real heavy
    weighted dips
    cable pressdown
    hammer rope press
    then i mix in skulls crushers and overhead db press
    this is also 12-18 sets
    i try to go to failure on every set

    ya cant put up any heavy weight and i hate doing it but i do. i have like 26inch quads really little for guys our size. how about yourself

    Lately I haven't been squating....but I'm doing them tonight! My quads are 28inches right now......

    Squats really help me put on size overall. Alot of sets like around 10 really gets me feeling all warm inside. For me I realized I only respond to compound movements. Barbell for all with heavy weight. Dumbells dont do anything cable exercises suck. Just barbell presses , barbell benches/inclines, squats, cleans.


    What do you do for cardio. Lately I've been running each morning on an empty stomach along with some jump rope throughout the day.

    ill do like 20mins 2 days a week just becuase i am trying to bulk, toward the end i am going to step it up a notch
