    Front, back and wheels

Here is a cpl new pics from front, back, and even my hurtin wheels which I hope to get to grow this winter bulker when I focus almost exclusively on them... They are strong as hell but Don't want to grow... Might have to go the synthol route with them... the poses are lousy, which is something else I have to work on....

Lookin good man. My legs are also not the best because of numerous injuries including 3 dislocations of my left patella, also a tendon problem and a cracked patella on my right knee. Anyways, they now look a lot better. I lowered the weight (mine were also very strong but lacked size) I did perfect form and slower reps and bam they grew. Trust me, bring those knees AGAINST your chest for leg press and go to parallel on squats and really push yourself until failure. It will make a difference trust me. A complete physique with huge legs is so impressive.
No ordinary gym go-er has big legs, they slack on it. So when you pull up your shorts and have amazing legs it really impresses people man. You gotta nail it.
You look good in the upper body though, good work.

Thanks bro... Yeah I will give the slow, strict reps a go... Something has to work...

Lookin good Vega.. Legs take time, plain and simple. Keep hittin them hard and consistantly, they will eventually grow. I'm in the same boat.

Thanks Narc... I think I let myself get rapped up in the more weight you can push the more muscle you will grow.... when it comes to legs What is funny is that I don't treat any other muscle group like that except legs... What that got me is skinny strong legs with knees and ankles that literally creek when I work legs... Also, this might sound gay, but since I just started shaving my legs....(God I never thought I wld say that) I have a much better mind/muscle connection.... probably don't mean shit, but it has motivated me alot more and I have seen a little bit of progress in the last few weeks....
