    Quite simple: It's not paranoia. You are going to get fat and small..


    Okay, enough of a joke.

    You're not going to want to hear this, but you shouldn't be doing steroids . You have provided no information about the shot you did, nor is there any information in your profile. The only indication of where you are coming from is in another post in which you stated that you are already 5'11" and want to get huge.

    There's a term for that - biggerexia, technically called muscle dysmorphia. You are already quite developed, according to your photos in the Members Pictures forum, but it appears that regardless of how much bigger you get, you will not be satisfied.

    Therefore, your paranoia is merely a symptom of a larger (no pun intended) clinical picture.

    Anabolic steroids do have side effects, but paranoia is not generally one of them, unless it is part of an underlying condition.

    My advice: Address your goals and objectives (which you have not done, except to merely say that you want to get bigger), and deal with your underlying motivation. Educate yourself more fullly as to the side effects of the particular AS you are doing, so that you have more realistic expectations on what to expect, both in terms of side effects and results.

    And don't be so critical of yourself.
