some decent results with much to go

So the first picture is me about 4 months ago and 80 pounds heavier. The second one is of me now at 210 and on my way down. Plan to continue the cut for about another 20 lbs and then start my first bulk up. I'm deffinately no where near where i want to be but this is just my progress.

I in no way want to diminish your progress but I dont think you should take an attitude of "bulk up". Some guys can bulk and then loose fat easily, others have to continue to use great care. I suspect you are one of these guys where your version of a bulk up would be a weight loosing diet for me. In otherwords dont think just because you loose another 20 lbs that you can start a 3000 to 5000 calarie diet. I suspect just relaxing your diet a little bit to include more protein shakes will be all the bulk up you can afford.

Yeah I dont have the ability for a high calorie bulk like 3000 or 5000 calories. By bulk up i mean transferring a percentage of the workout from cardio to more weight training. Me not being a pro body builder i dont really care right now how large i am but just how well i look overall. I want to get some more muscle under there to tighten up a lot of that extra skin hanging around now that i dont carry so much flab.

A lot of my success is due to just watching what i eat and the quantity of what i eat. I work 5 days a week landscaping. During the day i will do a couple hundred pushups and situps and then run for two miles when i get home. Depending on when i get home from work i will then hit the gym and due some weights. Due to my tight schedule i usually get to the gym three or four times a week. I plan to continue this routine for the rest of the summer and try to get to 180-190. Then in the winter when i go back to school i will be at the gym 5-6 days a week really pumping the weights and putting the muscle on.

Well today is the first day i've been under 200 lbs in over three years. Feels good to see a one instead of a two as the first number. Only 20 more to go for the summer and then we start to build it.
