    Post your diet.

Week 4-5 is when the magic usually happens. If you're eating enough, strength and gains should be kicking in.

eat more. throw some cottage cheese, yogurt, natty p-nut butter, baked potatoes, rice ,olive oil, and fish in there. it is almost impossible to bulk w/o some fat. you are very lean, a little fat won't hurt. you can burn it off after bulking.

you should match your carbs with your protein after tour workout, carbs are whats gonna make you bigger, you need glycogen for size.

    1. how come your first MEAL is at 11 am?
    2. pwo meal is not good, have ashake and 20-30 min later have a solid meal with lots of quick carbs.
    3. you only have 3 whole food meals in your diet, you should eat 5-6 whole meals while ON.
    4. try eatting every 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

you look very lean, you will look great when your done with this cycle (but only if you eat right/a lot)

look fine to me. probably 8%bf. what are your goals? I'd keep doing what you're doing for summer then put on a little more mass this fall/winter. If it were me, i'd get the diet picture perfect too and try and cut as much as possible

Thanks for the input Alex! Here are some answers to your questions...
    1) this is an easy one... that is when i wake up
2).. contents in pwo shake not good?? is that what you are saying?? just want to clarify.. and i take public transportation and it takes an hour to get home.. sucks.. i know! so i eat almost right when i get here..
3)I will def add more solid food in there so thanks for that and i always try to eat every 2-3.... its been keeping me lean.. as i mentioned before, i am weiry of adding fat%

thanks jef.. i appreciate the comments.. as far as goals are concerned... i have been as high as 225 with weight but was very smooth.. when i moved to the EU i dropped to like 195.. so the goal was just to put on some solid mass but to stay lean.. so far so good i think but advice from this board always helps...

    1. ok......what the hell do you do at night.
2.pwo is great , but you need some whole foods pwo as well. do this bring a shake and 2 silces of white bread or white rice to the gym. and eat it right after the work out. when you ge home eta another solid meal.

    3.good luck.

Try to prepare a meal before you leave. Eat it as soon as you get home. You really aren't consuming enough food for bulking. You really need more solid food ON cycle or OFF..doesnt matter. Too many shakes isn't the most efficient way to do things. Aim to eat every 2 hours rather than every 3 as you have listed. Try to stay away from bread, there are much better choices like sweet potatoes and oats. Bottom line..thats not nearly enough calories. You will be very disappointed in your cycle without sufficient food intake.

Thanks Chest6, i think i am gonna start boiling a bag of potatoes everyday and carrying them with me to the gym.. From a caloric standpoint, is carbs the best place to get them??

Also Rouda, I am taking 500mg a week.

1oz cooked sweet potato is roughly 6 grams of carbs. I would say theyre one of the best carb sources around. I haven't really used brown rice since I read some not so positive info about it..plus I never liked it anyway. I go with sweet potatoes and oats only now..and its been working fine. I would say it is the easiest place to get them..a 14 oz sweet potato provides 82-85g carbs. That would take about 2 1/2 cups of brown rice or 1 1/2 cups of oats. A 14 oz sweet potato isn't even all that big in size either..

Yeah Chest... i love me some oats.. i eat those everyday.. i actually like potatoes much more than rice anyway so it will be a good switch... should i eat them before and after workout?? or is one preferred?? Also, i prepared food for right after the gym and took with me today and was already prepared when i got home.. great idea!

u need to post pictures tht give a better overall impression of wht ur all about. yes, u are lean and ur abs look good, but u probly already knew they were good. so post pics including leg shots, lat spread, double-bi, most muscular, thn u can get some honest critiques. dont just showcase wht u probly already know is pretty decent (ie. abs).

pics are small, but i can still definitely tell u look good man. i agree w/ helium tht w/ more size u'd look amazing. in terms of improvement i'd hit the chest hard, but w/ tht low bf%, its hard to get tht full look tht we all aspire to.

I'd throw a lil bit of carbs in to your 9pm meal, like a yam for example, and like chest suggested get used to eating more often.
good work so far, and g/l !

Thanks for the feedback Andorious! Any recommendations for the bottom part of my chest.. i seem to have the hardest time growning that area.. and you are right.. my chest just has that very flat look.. I lift that sh*t heavy as hell, never gets any deeper! Also, from a carb standpoint.. i have been eating my face off this week and lovin it.. more energy and fullness already.. Thanks for the continued feedback and keep it coming.. I've got lots to learn!
