    Random non-bodybuilding pic... last wednesday: 4 weeks out from contest.

    Hey.. this was taken at a cruise last week. I didn't even know it was taken

    I'm 4 weeks out from contest right now... 178 lbs (down from the 206 lbs i started cutting at) natty...

    Just posting it for the guys that complained they haven't seen anything from me in months

    My weight-class cut-off is 176.

    I've just over 3 weeks left.. Still holding a load of water.. and glute/ham fat... so i have no idea where i'll end up weight-wise

    Love Barbados, only went once. Went to some underground cavern. Bot some ebony wood carvings. Would like to go back and do some horse back

    im sure the scenery is alot nicer - we have alot of boat cruises here in the summer - those were the BEST

    back and tri's look good from what I see..

    Lower back looks good.. I think all those deads in the off season added some lower back mass for you. And I'll have to agree unfortunately w/ Carlos's comment..
