    These were taken on a very shitty camera and I will get some more once I order a good camera. Anyways here they are.

    Well I am 22 years old, I am about 5'7" or 8" I weigh about 220lbs. Arms are a hair bigger than 17" my quads are right at 27" my calfs are 18" thats really all I know. I have never measured my chest or back before. They are both my best bodyparts though. Since I am getting PMs about my chest routine. I thought I might as well post it here.

    5 set incline dumbell press
    3 set incline flies
    3 set flat flies
    5 sets decline flies.

    I am not sure what my BF is i have never had it taken. People often say around 10% though. I am sure that I am not 7% but I am not 13% either.

    Dbol @ 25mg ED 4weeks
    no clomid

    Test @ 600mg a week 10weeks
    Eq @ 400mg a week for 10weeks
    Dbol @ 30mg ED 4weeks
    Fina @ 75mg ED 6weeks
    Winny @ 50mg ED 6weeks.
    Clomid

    #3
    Test @ 1gm a week 10weeks
    Deca @ 400mg a week 10weeks
    Dbol @ 50mg ED 5 weeks

    Rugger has a digital cam that can take normal pics if he was there why wouldn't he have just taken a decent pic with his cam where you could actually see something???
