You should be shooting for 2-3lbs a week at the maximum. I would say anything over that is on the line of catabolism.

21, 5'8, Did my first cycle last Aug and did another in Jan. Went up to a bloated 230 then tried to lean up at the end of my 2nd(went from 4kcals to 3500 then down to 3000). Maintained 90% of my strength and size but got down to 205 going into PCT. Been eating 3000 cals and sitting at 205 until I started my new diet/cycle on july 9.
