first one was when I was on my 2nd cycle 16wks 750test/600deca. I think it was March 2006. The last 2 were taken just now.

i just started cutting July 9th.

You should Continue bulking & try and gain more muscle.

Your appearence is very soft , if you cut now there might not be much muscle when your done.

Yeah. Not much difference. I have to agree on building up more muscle... I'm wondering if you were ready for a cycle. I'd hate to think you wasted any money- I think you could do better than those pics even without juice.
    Anyway, good luck

You sound like a typical powerlifter..

No reason one can't stay fairly lean in the offseason and gain obtimal amounts of muscle at the same time. Putting on unnecessary fat is an excuse ppl make to eat like shit.

    LMAO

when im bulking i eat pretty dirty. the way i see it, if im not gaining any fat at all then im not maximizing my gains. however many people do use bulking as an excuse to get fat, i could never let my bodyfat get out of hand whether im bulking or not. if my abs ever disappeared completely i would drop everything im doing just diet hardcore. of course getting fat in the offseason does work for some people, just look at lee priest.

Let's not compare anyone on this board to Lee Priest and his diet/training protocols.. he's a genetic freak.

Kinda like saying Cutler's training program will work for normal people. Just doesn't happen.

Do you have to shave that little "runway" of hair under your belly to the shape it is?

Genetics though....I can eat very dirty but as long as I get my macros my bodyfat has not changed since I started dieting and I have been bulking on 4-4.5k calories a day since last november. I hold a steady 13% bodyfat or so pretty much eatting steak, pasta, rice, chicken, eggs and nlarge 2 shakes all day long.

I tried gorging myself with 4500 calarie a day diet... muscle grew on me no faster then it did with 3200 calaries a day, but now I had a new problem.. went from 8% body fat to 20%.... I dont see a whole hell of a lot of logic in bulking diets, although it might be some kind of fake satisfaction in seeing the scale increasing... I now wisened up and dropped back to my natural 8% and just take it slower on the scale but at least I am looking good all the way to getting where I want to be.

Yep there is no benefit in my mind to go that high above maintenance.. people spread that crap around the boards and the guys with slower metabolisms try it and get fat as hell lol...

500-1000 calories over maintenance is plenty.
