Not bad at all bro...you've definately got some nice arms there...tri's stick out nicely. Delts look nice an round as well. I would say between 15-16% bf but you can lean up quite nicely. How old are you? How long have you been training? Have you used gear yet? If so...what did you use? This is not a flame, but I would definately get some nolvadex , arimidex or liquidex before your next cycle. It may be the pic but it looks like you have a bit of gyno happening there. No worries everything else looks good. Keep it up.

Not bad... bf is pretty high, though, get that down to 9-10% and a decent tan and you'd look hella good

yeah, i have been trying to put on some weight but i put on a little too much. i have been doing bench and powerclean for 4 years and added everything else about a year and a half ago. i have never used gear, but i am considering leaning up and trying a deca /sust/d-bol cycle or a winny/? cycle, i heard its best to do the sus/deca/d-bol cycle and get a good base

Good choice...although I still think your a little young to do a cycle. If you do decide to use please make sure to pick up nolvadex and clomid along with everything else. If you need advice...pop into the steroid forums and ask away bro.
