    First mid Cycle Pictures

    OK guys I just took this pictures with my cell phone, I started my Test Cyp cycle on July 18 @500mg/week and doing 12 week cycle, I miss one week of shots because I had excessive swelling from my first shot in quads
    this is my first cycle and I am loving at can't wait till next one , I have done 1-AD cycle past and had very impressive gains about 3 years ago. Ok my stats are Age 27, before cycle @176lb and currently @190, lifting about 8 years with horrible diet, 5'8-5'9 bf before cycle around 13-14%..don't know how much its now..can anybody tell me what's my bf% is? that do you think..thanks

    def look good, can't tell nething bout the wheels. if u want critique i would say ur lats could use some more size. i dont see any visible lats in the first pic, and the back double bi shows tht they could use some work. definitely doing a good job tho especially considering ur diet was shit for so long. bf about 10%

    no, I cleaned it up, i spent quiet time in diet forum, learned a lot from this site, before didn't think that diet played big role in growing muscle, now everybody makes fun of me at work because i pack like 3 lunches for 8 hour shift work

    I know, people say I eat all the time but its really only ever 2.5-3.5 hours

    it was my first shot in quad and my knee swelled up like watermelon..then next shot was in other quad it swelled up same as other, i thought my gear was dirty, and decided to quite the cycle, after missing whole full week i decided to shoot in delts and i did, i felt nothing, no selling no soreness at all, so now i stay away from my quads, don't want to go through again, I couldn't walk for almost how week

    still haven' figure out why my knees swell, i shut in same spot as from s p o t i n j e c t i o n. c o m pictures but no luck, i am using british ugl gear now test cyp ,ordered iranian test e for next cycle and i am going give it try in the quads and see what happens

    Yep, diet is extremly important as you've found out.. Training is equally important along with proper rest at night and between training sessions.

    Weird about your knee, possibly you shot it too low on your quad?

    first shot was mid point between knee and hip and second shot was little bit lower and swelling was worst...i love my delts can't feel sh**t, so far I am alternating left and right delts..until next cycle

    BF around 10-11% and you are making good gains thus far. Keep up the hard work.

    Sucks about the thighs. Some people it works for and some it doesn't. I’d stay away from injecting in them in the future if I was you. Try the glutes as well, so that you don't build up scar tissue in your delts.
