    Unjuiced (New To The Board)

Here are some pictures of me (recently shot)

been training a little under a year, and never juiced. Did two cycles of Mag 10 about 3 months ago.

    Welcome to the board.
What were your stats before and after the Mag 10
A buddy of mine tried it out and didn't gain a thing, his diet and training are the pooters though.

    Stats b&a Mag 10

    believe it or not...
    before Mag 10 190 lbs @ 15% body fat
    after Mag 10 185 @ 12% body fat

did absolutly shit (maybe thats why I am weary to invest in steroids even though I know they work)

I am only 19 so testosterone should be pumping at my age...

Cut up for the summer, lost some muscle, hoping to put it back on next fall/winter/spring.

Shit bro, your looking solid! Nice wheels too! You've done a great job so far, no need for steroids yet. Your body is progressing very nicely naturally, so keep at it bro! Maybe in another year or two.

You and TheRanMan look alike. Do you guys train together and use the same camera for your picts?

    The Ran Man

    Haha, good work Carlos

TheRanMan or Rooster as I call him is my lil brother. We train during the summer (when we are not away at college)

Dig. Camera broke so we had to grab frames from the dig. vid. camera for pictures.

"you need to gain weight, not loose weight"

Last January I weighed in at 215 with prolly anywhere from 16-19% bodyfat.

I wanted to cut up a lil bit for spring break and summer. Unfortunantly I didn't go about the right way in doing it. Even though I worked out throughout the whole cutting up process, I still lost size. (a bit due to fat tissue found in muscle cells...) I have lost some strength too.

Once I started to loose weight, I seriously couldn't stop. I eat whatever I want now and still stay around 185...and 182.5 just yesterday. I am going to bulk up again this fall and try to put on some more size, but it seems like everytime you cut up you loose size.

    Advice?

    -Rick
