    hey guys

    figured I'd post some pics... Now as i've posted before... i lost more than 100 lbs.. unfortunately I don't have complete before pictures cus i was so embarressed at that time that i hid from camera's... but this was me AFTER bjj helped me drop 40 lbs



    and unfortunately i don't like or own a camera so this is the most recent one i have
