But No strongman by any means.
198lbs cheat curl is not "uncommon" at all in local gyms.
Lets see him do it once without practically hang cleaning it. Then he can actually tell himself and others he did the weight.

good job by the guy. form is not too bad, as long as he is keeping his shoulder balance over his knees the bar will keep tension on his biceps while protecting the elbows better then going strict form. honestly, you dont do an exercise like that with heavy ass weight and expect perfect form, you'll destroy your forearms, elbows and shoulders.
physique wise dude was completely unsymmeterical, poorly developed, and fat. wouldnt even notice the dude walking by him. big is relative when your bf is high. my one friend is 6 foot and 230 pounds. never lifted a day in his life and looks "big" with clothes on because he is. but i wouldnt think of the dude as jacked. this guy is the same thing.

I cant believe some of the haters in this thread. There are some guys here who couldnt even pick up 200lbs let alone curl it. Bad form or not he is a seriously strong guy and all props to him

good job. i once preacher curled that weight for 3 reps. elbows havent been the same since. i was full of anadroil and test and eq and and and..........

you got to be pretty damn strong to curl that kind of weight.. as for form, Ive seen alot worse with alot less weight .. he does however need to get the gut in check ..

Form wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be consider it was 200lbs.... looked like he got a pretty good range of motion... and arnold use to love cheat curls ....pretty damn impressive.. jmo

Looks like i do when i step up to 170/175 lbs.
He isn't even leaning back as far as i'd go.. Looks good imo.
Heck, when i curl 'strict' my arms don't grow.. so i don't anymore.. screw that... overload baby!
Only critique i would add is that he should place a bit more emphasis on the negative of each rep.. both for fiber damage (making the exercise more effective) and injury prevention.
