    Looking good bro. Thats exactly what hard training and proper diet will do. So what are your plans in terms of any future cycles, or do you plan on staying clean for a while?

    i'm working on my first cycle of:

    eq 400mg per week for wk 1-10
    enanthate 400mg per week for wk 1-10
    winny 50mg for 6 weeks, will start sometime around the end of my cycle.
    maybe some var too (not sure though).

    Any suggestions ripped?
