    new pics... done "cutting"

    whats up guys... havent been around the boards much... just been so busy... but ill be back whoring soon ... anyways my cutting diets been going well... Im still natty(as you can tell)... im 6'3 weight has dropped from 245lbs to 212lbs... the first pic is from febuary of this year... and the second set is from 2 days ago... tell me what ya think

    now.....how i got so fat b4 lol... i took to heart the maxim "eat everything in site to get big" and i got big alright lol... done a lot of diet research (thanks to this site) and learned the right way to eat... so thanks to a lot of you guys that answered question in the diet section

    No good front shots bro so it's hard to tell.....overall nice work, but I wouldnt stop now.....keep up the hard work! You still got some cuts to dial in.

    your right bro... i just meant done cutting as in low low cals... i have determined i will eat clean forever... no more "bulking" there will be a time yes, when i increase the cals... but theyllbe all clean cals... i can never do a dirty bulk again lol

    with that being said.. im right now at 3300 cals a day... 330gs protein.. 250gs carbs... al carbs from brown rice, oats, redpotatoes, and bannans at pre and po workout

    whew.. somethin like that lol... actually it was like 6 months i think... but i never dropped the carbs below 140 or the cals below 23-2400...so it wasnt THAT bad... but ya.. ill never dirty bulk again.. because losing that much BF is a bitch!... but i may concentrate on putting ona little size now... gradually get the cals to 3800... and not alow the bf to get higher than 14%... that way i can "cut" once march comes and really be able to dial in... hard to dial in when you start at 20-22%(which i was at)....with out losing all muscle

    CARDIO.. pretty standard... when im feeling good.. 5 times a week.. 30 mins... doing interval as well... running up hills, sprints etc

    Thanks bro... im doing a very lean strict bulk now... ill try and dial in real good next year... now that ive learned about my body im sure ill be much more successful next year....

    Calipers said im 12.5%... i know those arent the most accurate but how close do you think that is?

    Its hard to judge bf wihout seeing any good pics from the front. Based on the pics, I think 12% is probably a fair estimate though.

    your right, im an idiot for not taking some other good front pics... next time i post i hill the front double bi, front lat etc....and the problem is i dont have a digi any more... so those are from a disposable... its a pain for me to post pics because i dont have a scanner either!.... so i have to go out, by a disposable, get some one to take the pics, than go to my friends house and scan half naked pictures of myself, than email them to my account.... so ya i might not be posting up other shots for a while
