OK so we FINALLY got the pics.. (you are nowhere near your "natural" potential and your diet is obviously not spot on). Now post your diet so we can see what 5-6K calories looks like.
You have a descent base bro but you're holding a lot of bodyfat as well and you have no muscle maturity. Deff need to look at your diet/training program before you shove another few grams of anabolics in your system/wk.

Ok so what are you going to say next? Can you explain steroid -induced gene transcription? Do you know what a histone actylator is? How about a steroid coactivator? What are some good examples of a histone deactylase inhibitors?
Hmm. I bet you never heard of any of those, have you? What does SRC-1 stand for huh? Gee is Tamoxifen Citrate a coactivator agonist, or is it an antagonist? Can you answer any of the above?
Diet and training are so simple compared to this. Oh and please, post your pics too.

good pics. I agree with hacka and i**m. You do research hard and you shouldn't be knocked for that. I do think your barking up the wrong tree though. I can't imagine your diet is A1 and that will be the main reason you have had less than positive results with AS. Good luck with whatever you are doing (natty or not) you have a good base to put some serious muscle on there. Just eat hard and lift hard!!

just seen your last post. sorry i was still typing as you had posted. That diet doesnt tell us much. post your meals in full. For example homemade pizza could be anything. Wether you respond to gear or not I think the point is that if your diet was spot on you would have more LBM.

I'll post a few samples meals. I don't follow a set meal plan. I do follow strict macronutrient ratios though. I eat this many grams of carbs pro fat per meal.
Meal 1: Half of a pizza. 10 oz. sirloin steak, 1/2 cup broccoli
Meal 2: 2 cups oatmeal mixed with 3 tbsp peanut butter and egg protein powder
Meal 3: 2 cans of tuna, 2 cups oatmeal, 2 tbsp olive oil mixed in a blender
Meal 4: Pastuerized Liquid Egg whites (I drink em), large sweet potatoe, 1/2 cup almonds
Meal 5: PWO SHake
Meal 6: 2 cups Brown Rice, 10 oz. Sirloin steak
Meal 7: 3/4 lb cottage cheese, tbsp of olive oil
Even if my diet sucked, I would still see side effects and bloating from steroids . People don't understand the mechanisms of androgen deactivation/resistance. Since people don't know whats really going on, they call bullshit. Well it's not bullshit it's very real. I even posted a god damn study that shows two little girls who didn't see any effects from testosterone injections. How do you explain that? Did their crappy diet stop their clitoris from enalrging?

Not here for a pissing match with you, Just pull your head out of your ass and realize drugs don't make the bodybuilder, get a clue.
P.S. The last pic is me on 150mg Anadrol /day and 1gram of Test Prop/wk..
Do I look bloated compared to your pics? LMAOLast edited by IBdmfkr; 10-09-2006 at 09:21 PM.

Spend some more time learning about nutrition and how your body works and training rather than your non-responding theories since you are far from a physique that should be touching AAS anyways.

yeah that diet does suck. It would just make me hugely fat.

Also - I think a few too many of your meals are liquid.

Would anybody like to suggest a bulk diet? Cmon I pulled my head out of my ass fker.
And tell me, who have you ever seen go on roids and not gain, despite shitty diet and training. Studies show that even sedentary people can go on steroids and gain a few pounds of muscle.
Maybe there are no non-responders on this board, but there's even a board sponsor receptionist I talked to that told me his buddy fought in MMA and didn't gain anything off of steroids either.
How do you explain why Taiboxa has to use like 10x regular doses for a cycle? How do you explain why Skullsmasher dosen't gain anything off test? Don't give me any of that "every persons body is different" bullshit. I want some real, scientific explanation.

Being a non-responder is like winning the Lottery in a bad way.. I see people constantly around me in the gyms that take huge doses like you mention and probably eat pizza for breakfast too that don't gain but a few lbs along with some fat, you may just have a faster metabolism so you can get away with eating from the pizza tree more often.
lol.. like I said I'd spend you time researching diet rather than drugs, That's where I think you'll find the answers. But what do I know.
Goodluck Warrior, if you come up with a better diet proposal I'd be happy to help you put it together.

Thats weird that you see people around you use steroids and not gain. Even that ****ing faggot on MTV True Life's "I'm On Steroids " gained size and strength without eating properly. Theres plenty of guys around me who are getting huge just off of drugs and training.
I'm going to let go of anabolics for about 2 years. I bet in 2 years I'll respond, just like my brother did. It could be that my body is still trying to develop, and it is fighting hard to lower those androgen levels.

Diuretics in the offseason? are you joking..
Why not write you a diet, because you're an arrogant prick first that doesn't know the first thing about diet/training/anabolics and second I get paid to write diets for guys like you. I am simply trying to steer you in the right direction but you continuously get angry and throw it back at the members who are just looking out.. I don't get paid to be here..
I'm done with you and your worthless threads.. goodbye

I'm a personal trainer who also writes diets for people bro, you're special
having an argument with ** is silly, he's very helpful. you seem to be looking for excuses for lack of development. not gonna help you much with that attitude.
ever heard this before:
why do we have 2 ears and only one mouth? because listening is two times harder than talking.
might want to start listening up to good info. if you knew as much about diet and training as you say you do the results would be visible.

I'm all ears. I might have been a bit too smart in my earlier posts. Part of it has been my recent frustration, another part has been all the flaming against me.
Anyways here the game plan. I'm not touching anabolics for another two years, due to endocrine development-related reasons. First point on the agenda; research more about dieting. I'm going to perfect my diet.
Second point; study training more.
I can bet my left nut 2 years from now I'm going to start gaining off of drugs, and I'll have my diet and training perfect by then. Everything will fall into place.
Who thinks Mind and Muscle is a good place to research diet/training? What do you guys think of High Frequency programs?

good idea with the future moves. i would look at the training forum we have here for training info. i personally like hatfield and bompa principles.
good luck and i hope you get everything on track.
diet wise i have spent the last 10 years working things out and the last 6 straight through 365 days. once you find out how your body works with different macros and calories everything will change. i've done more growing with diet alone than gear. i took off a few years from the gear to perfect my diet. thank God for that decision.Last edited by timtim; 10-10-2006 at 05:21 PM.
