Thats some gyno man, get that checked asap

Atleast 17%, you're holding very little muscle and a lot of fat..
I'd concentrate on your diet more than anything and start doing cardio.

What are your goals? Current training program and diet like?

    18% or so...

Yea I know I have some gyno but nothing I can really do about it. I already asked a surgon and he said it isn't bad enough.

But my goal is to cut down to 9% body fat. I already had my diet perfected and I am cutting right now. I do Doggcrapp training mon, wen, fri and the rest of the days I do 45min cardio on the elliptical machine.

I ordered some clen and taurine, hopefully that will help. How long do you think it will take me to cut down to 9% from where I am now?

    My lifts are:

    Bench: 255x1
    DB Bench: 110'sx4
    Shoulder press DB: 75's x 5
    DB curl: 50's x 5(each arm)
    Squat: 225x6
    Deadlift: 305x3

    Here is my diet:

    Breakfast:egg whites. 1/2c oats. 24g whey.
    calories - 358
    fats - 4
    carbs - 34
    protein - 47

Lunch: tuna in mayo, salad(lettuce) + carrots
    calories - 250
    fats - 12
    carbs - 0
    proteins - 35

Snack: Salad(regular lettuce) + carrots. chicken breast. 1/2c oats.
    calories - 357
    fats - 6
    carbs - 27
    protein - 49

Postworkout: 48g whey, 1/2c oats, green apple.
    calories - 515
    fats - 6
    carbs - 65
    protein - 53

Snack: Salad + carrots, 1/2c oatmeal. chicken breast.
    calories - 350
    fats - 7
    carbs - 27
    protein - 42.5

Dinner: chicken breast, salad + carrots. 1tbsp flax seed oil.
    calories - 330
    fats - 17
    carbs - 0
    protein - 44

    TOTALS
    Calories - 2174
    Fat - 52 (23%)
    Carbs - 153 (25%)
    Protein - 276 (53%)

    Thanks for all your help

You should be able to lose approx .5-1% BF/wk if done correctly.

    So you figure around 3months.

Does everything look good for such results?

Unless your gyno doesn't botther you then thats another story.
But him saying Not bad enough, seriously though your surgeon isn't good enough for the procedure or else he would do it....

I know i was pissed but just blew it off. I HATE my gyno with a passion, they stick out of my shirt and it annoys me. Plus I can't keep a normal posture because of it.

But I am a broke college student so I really can't unless i get some type of payment plan.

I thought health insurance does not cover cosmetic surgery. That is what they label it as... so I have read. Correct me if I am wrong.

I have heard of other guys on the board having it covered but I cant remeber the specific circumstances. Start another thread with someting obvious in the title like "When Does Health Insurance Cover Gyno"

Well I think reduce some body fat and you might find what looks like gyno isnt really so bad... some women body builders get themselves below 10% body fat and even their breasts dissipate... Body fat has a way of looking like gyno... also Hops in beer has been known to trigger estrogen receptors so beer addicts get gyno like fat deposits but quit the beer and diet down and it too goes away. I would try arimidex... dont take daily when not on steroids but a once a week dose might lower your overall estrogen levels and related fat and see what happens.

Agreed, I'd lose some Bodyfat first and then see where you stand.
Maybe that's just where you hold a small amount of stubborn fat.

  21. #21
Will do. I will cut first and see where I stand. I do plan on taking oxodrol-12 after my cut though.

Man I dont think hes as High as 18%, I mean he doesnt have an abundance of fat besides the midsection...Id say more around 15 or 16%

  23. #23
Pictures are near impossible to really tell, also many people don't know what a "true" 10 or 12% look like.. Calipers are generally pretty unaccurate.

I agree. He's around 15% BF. He doesn't have a lot of muscle mass but he also doesn't have a lot of fat.

not here to bash you bro, but your lifts seem a bit high for you frame/body composition, i'm not sure that if you are benching 255 it is with any good form as well as the shoulder presses with the 75's.

I had the same thing. It is MOST of the time considered cosmetic surgery so insurence won't cover it. Letro will not get rid of gyno from puberty, reversing AAS induced gyno is sometimes possible with it. I've read about some telling there docters that it hurts them when they lay down..do this that etc trying to make insurence cover it...Act like its cancerous or could be lol. Will your family not loan you the money? Cuz I know how sucky that can be like....Especially in college, woooo doggy that would be emotionally aggrivating. When theres a will theres a way!

lol well i maxed out at 255 and went down to the chest. No bouncing either. I had to do it slow since it is heavy, perfect form. I dumbbell press 110's for like 4-5 reps. Same with shoulders, perfect form.

That's great Bro...doing better than me. Start some HI-Intensity Training and see what that does for the chest. Hit it and hit it "hard", like when you walk out of the weight room you'd rather be rolled out!

You could try lipodissolve instead of surgery. Its cheaper. It wont remove the glands. But it is a start.

One thing they dont tell you about gyno surgery is when its done, it cuts the nerves to your skin/nipples so your entire pecks are like permanently on xynocaine (numb or no feeling).

  36. #36
Just updating my progress. I weigh about 193lb now, down 3lb. My caliper is down about 1, from 12 to 11/10. What do you think? I also took a pic of all my loose skin+fat which I HATEEEEE

What did you have extremely sensitive nipples before surgery........do you miss playing with them now?

Mine feel the same as before, so what you said isn't true. Maybe your surgeon just messed up the procedure?...
