    New picture of me

Hey this is a new picture of me taken today.

Looking at it I think my shoulders may not be in proportion with my arms.

I meam I think my arms have got bigger than my delts/shoulders.

    Any comments please on this.

I always love working my shoulders and dream to get them like 2 canon balls on either side!
This is my current shoulder routine, any feedback to help get them bigger.

Smiths machine behind the neck press or in front off.
    1 warm up set
    3 heavy sets
fourth to failure using forced reps

One arm side raise either with dumbell or using cables.

Incline Rear delt raise superset with bent over raise or facing a peck deck.

Upright rows and heavy barbell shrugs.

Thats it, takes me about 50 mins.

Anyway here is photo of me.

Post an actual posing pic man, cuz I have posted a few pics already and I think made 3 different threads now with this one included but only a total of 4 pics I think. I can merge all of the threads if you like. But the thing is Im not sure what you are after, do you want us to critique you and tell you what you need to work on or are u simply just saying hey here I am take a look.

Because If you are into bodybuilding and want some serious info from guys who are much more seasoned than you to help you out than take off your shirt, take off your pants and put up some real poses. Eg. Front double bi, side tri, side chest, lat spread, ab and thigh, back double bi etc etc.

Now I am willing to help almost anyone on this board, but with a simple pic of you standing with a tank top and pants on I dont know what anyone can really tell you. Well the real true bodybuilders on this site anyways. All you are gonna get is people sayin oh damn you're jacked etc etc. You will feel great about yourself but then realize later wow the guys saying this to me are 160lbs guys sitting behind a computer screen.

    Ahhhh ok Im done.

    Hey thanks

But the other 2 guys are right I need to stop just posting pics of me, and post proper body building posing pics with top off and legs in view also.

Anyway thanks for compliment, I do acctualy walk around most the time with top off,

Ive been training serious now for two years, its trial and error, changing diet, changing up exercises and getting alot of knowledge from the net and body builder mates.
The way I look at it I dont wana be just big , Its a work in art for me! going sculpt each muscle until im like a genetic freak! thats my dream. id love to be size of Jay Cutler !

I think you look damn good bro. But I;m big on legs post some of those. A shirtless pic would probably yield better judgments though of your upper body. But looks good.

Your delts are fine. You need to work on your traps, IMO. Your lower body also looks tiny from that first pic.

I agree with the aforementioned comments. How tall are you? just curious. I think you look good. at first glance i'd say work on those traps too.

Yeah i need to get my traps up, they are killing me at the moment, no pain! killing me because I find it hard to get a reaction from them.
But I am giving it 110% thats for sure and going to try new training method on traps this week

As for my height I am 5`10 , weight is 90kg , bf 11% want to get bf% down to like 8%

My lower body/legs are not the best, but a work in progress.

Like many people here , and who train at my gym, when i first got into body building I trained my legs but know where near the intensity that I used for all other body parts.
I guess because your lower body/legs are not on show as can wear pants, where as everyone loves attention from having big arms, shoulders, chest.
But then I relised this was stupid, number one I could get bigger from training legs. and number two my top half was getting alot bigger but legs only a little bigger, so its was starting to look stupidl.
So I made the decison to hammer my legs once a week. The first few hard training sessions were a killer, u need to be switched on for hard leg day.
    Takes a lot of motivation.
But now I love it and look forward to it every week.
Also because I am seriously going do a few competions next year so I need to get my legs up to the best they can be.
Today is legs day, im going have my pre-workout meal soon, then relax for one hour, then hit the gym.
Tomorrow will be day off, dont u love the next day after legs when they feel like Jelly!

Definitely. You won't win many comps without having a good pair of legs.

I hate that feeling... It really sucks when you have to hold onto something to sit down.

Yeah your upper body looks good. Shit I like your side delts better than mine.On the leg topic I always do my leq workout on monday to just to make sure I do It. I use to schedule them on a Thursay or Friday but always seemed to come up with an excuse not to do them.
