Thanks Nark, it's been a rough time, but I just got results back from biopses taken in Sept.2006...they came back all clear of any cancer. I will take new pictures soon, and give an update at the continual progress back to LIFE!
Thanks again Bro,

Hey bros,
Thanks for the positive comments, I've been training for 30 years (I'm 48) and I had gotten off track when I got sick, paying attention to business drinking whiskey, smoking cigars and in general just F***ing up. When I was diagnosed with Lymphoma everything changed. I started investigating everthing that caused cancer. I started eating organics, grass fed beef and buffalo, free range chicken, and wild salmon. Also, massive supplentation, it was especially important through chemotherapy because of the destruction it does to the rest of your body. I put a reverse osmosis water system in my house with an ozonator to put more oxygen in my system, and I make sure I maintain a alkaline ph (this is suppose to keep disease away).
I believe this has everything to do with my recovery being very rapid, the doctors are even scratching their heads.
Last November 2005 some of my buddies recommended me seeing this Preventive Medicine clinic...the doc there did my blood work and my Test was loooowww, igf1, dhea, all in the tank. He started me on gh, dhea, and test gel....later deca . I get blood taken every three months and my cancer follow up every two months.
The support you have shared is what I have always seen with the guys that train, this hasn't changed over the years, I appreciate it.

Congrats on the new body and life. Looking amazing

If what I have gone through can motivate others to believe that focusing on the outcome of their goal is the target not the challenges along the way, then the lesson is worth all the pain.
Too many times we focus on "poor me" "I didn't get that extra inch on my arms", or "why me? why did I have to get sick". That's all B.S....instead use our minds and figure out how to get out of the "mess" we're in.
Believe me, when you hear the words "we believe you have cancer" suddenly it puts life in a whole new perspective. And you can do one of a couple of things, let the doctors tell you what's going to happen to you, or you can take things in your own hands and investigate for yourself some better options.
It's no different in training, if we didn't get the expected gains.... change the rules as you know them and grow! Thanks Knockout and everybody posting,
Live Strong

Thanks Nark, I'll get some new ones over in the next few weeks, I'm feeling really good! I've got a long ways to go to hit my goals, but I've got nothing but time at my young age,LOL.
Again, thanks for the great comments from everybody....
