I wouldnt bother cutting down just a waste of time,, try a clean bulk!!! try the 4500 kcal for a month and monitor you bodyfat..If your gaining strength and little body fat thats good keep eating the same, if your gaining strength and too much bodyfat cut back 200 kcal and see what that does for you..if you not gaining weight and strength eat more!!!
Personally i would do 1-2 am cardio session a week to keep the bulk clean!
