    Pics of before.

    These are some pics of me before I start my Cyp cycle keep in mind Im not in my best shape because I came out fo surgery about 1 year ago been goign to Gold's steadily for about 6 months and it's time to get back on the wagon. Any opinions and criticism are welcome.

    You've got a menacing upper back and shoulder area... I don't have any criticisms.... welcome to the forum!

    What kind of surgery out of curiousity?

    IMO you should bring your bodyfat down to atleast 15% before starting your cycle.

    I had some reconstructive surgery on my left hand, about 3 years ago it got blown apart with a firecracker lost a piece of each finguer and 3/4 of my thumb adn middle finguer it's been ongoing eversince that's why my progress has been slow. I agree that I have to bring my bf level down but i only started dieting recently and i should see some results in a short time, I have cycled before and I know how my body works, but thanks for the advice.

    Congrats on coming back from your accident, that's a huge thing in itself. You're definitely a big guy, coming off a challenge, I'd say your on the right track, keep on.
