    5 weeks of progress...another 7 weeks left.

So I'm 5 weeks really back in the gym, after letting myself go. Here are a few crummy pictures I took tonight. Descent progress I think, but it can't come off fast enough. 1st pic I calipered at 22%bf and 244lbs. Weighed in at 236 today, and same caliper test at 15.5%. So I dropped 7% bf and 8lbs. My goal is 10%, and I'm hoping to get there in the next 7 weeks. Running a light cutting cycle:
    test enan. 500mg/week 1-10
    winny 50mg/ed 4-12
Clen two weeks on two weeks off

Cardio has been a real project. I started with 10 hours a week, and have cut back to 6. I'm doing a couple things differently this time around. Most noticably, I'm working out 7 days a week, no days off. I don't feel like my body needs it. I work out back and chest twice a week. My diet's been pretty simple. The breakdown looks something like 2200 cal/295g protien/70 carbs/ 35g fat

Youre making some awesome progress. What have your strength gains been like? Have you been keeping track of your waist measurement? I like to do that as an easy way to see how the fat loss is coming.

freaking awsome! your progress really inspires me.

your first pic looks alot like i did 5 weeks ago, although i have not made near the progress you have. im not using a test base (bad) and my diet lacks calories. i was more for reducing BF, but since ive been on these boards ive learned a lot. im ending my cycle early and starting on my pct so i can restart in 2 months with some test E.

    congratz man, looking good!

not done cutting, but some pretty good progress

Hey guys, finished up my cycle and have been off for about 3 weeks. My weight as of this morning is 224. Not sure of my bf%, and guesses would be cool. Let me know what ya think. I'll post better pictures later, just had this one with my phone.

Yeah I'm pretty happy with everything. I dropped my pant size from a tight 36 to a comfortable 32, and the bf% i'm guessing is around that 10% mark. My goal for March is to be around 7% and I'm not going to "suppliment" again until May probably. My 8 month goal is 235 at 7-8%. I'm thinking that's pretty attainable.

Thanks guys. I'm just waiting on my skin to catch up. Nothing too lose, but definately not as tight as it was before I got chubby chub. What's the normal time before things tighten back up? I wasn't huge or anything, so I'm assuming things will get back to normal.

good job mate. I can reccomend palmers cocoa butter formula for stretch marks. It is great for loose skin after weightloss. I apply once a day all over.

I can't seem to get any friggin' leaner. I've been putting on weight! 231lbs today. I got down to 213, but started a little winny 4 weeks ago. Anywho, I'm guessing the bf is still around 12%ish, meaning I need to lose like 10lbs of bf. Any suggestions would be great.
    Thanks

Really me? No purpose in posting pictures of someone else. what purpose would that serve? Anyway, I'm very happy with the muscle gains, I'm growing like a weed, but I still can't seem to get rid of this last 10lbs or so. I've been eating pretty darn good, in the neighborhood of 280-300g protein/80g carbs/40g fat. Cardio's been 4 days a week, 45 minutes a day. I'm gonna start clen on monday, hoping that helps some.

Make sure you take some Taurine just incase you get cramps. I find it really doesn't help that much personally if at all. If you want to lose that last 10lbs I say you should go back to the diet section and see what they say.
