    Progress Pics.

    some progress pics of me over the past year or so. first two were before a descent diet. i got my diet together after the second pic or right around the time i took that pic. there was no AAS use until the last pic. i did a pheraplex cycle end of school last year and my result was the 3rd pic but i atribute most of the gains to diet. i didnt care for P.P
    1st: 200lbs last september 05
    2nd: 215lbs february 06
    3rd: 208lbs beginning of this summer may 06 (leanest i've been)
    4th: 224lbs 5 weeks into first cycle test/dbol

    Seems like you respond failry well to steroids man, lucky lol.

    I would go for tren/prop next time.

    Or NPP/Dbol/prop/masteron

    Keep it up you shuold do well.

    yea thats what i was thinkin was tren/prop or tren e test e. but i've got a buddy that structures cycles for a few bodybuilders and i might let him start structuring mine.

    its funny you say i responded well cuz honestly i didnt think i did. from the 3rd pic to the 4th i dont see much difference......but thats in the eye of the beholder u know we all have different views of ourselves. im up 16lbs right now kinda stable uped the diet a lil to start gaining again so we'll se what happens (im 220-221 right now)

    Your chest is lagging compared to your shoulders & arms but not to bad, just keep hittin it.

    Take a pic doing the most muscular pose. Im curious how your traps look , and how round your shoulders are from that pose.

    Looks like you dropped noticable bodyfat as well. This is probably why you are disappointed with your overall "weight" gain

    Picture one, need and organized room, picture 2, still need and organized. Picture 3, how can you sleep with all that stuff stacked on bed, pcture 4, room has gone all to hell, but hey with body like that, you'll get a girlfriend to come and clean it up for ya.

    I like your Pic 3 when you said you were the leanest you've ever been, I think you look alot better than pic 4 where you weight 10+lbs more
