    hello im turkish power

    hello i m a body builder.From Turkey.. here is two years ago pictures. In that picture, I'm 191 LBS (defination)
    Now, I'm 231 LBS half defination..I am waiting for your reviews..

    i cant use supllement because they are too expensive in TURKEY. I am and eating chicken for protein.I am at 551 LBS bench press.

    Turkish Standart Monthly Wages are about 200 USD... And 3 KG (6 LBS) Megamass price ise 110 USD.. So it's really hard to use supplements here.. I really dont use supplements
