We have a back thread running so I thought lets start a calf thread.

Here are my calfs. I'm 5'7", 167, calfs are 15.5 relaxed.

They measure 17' flexed....about 16 unflexed...

Genetics is a god send here, however i would love to change it and have that size as bi's....

I hate to say it but i guess overall I have not had to work to hard for my calves. I posted all my pics awhile back in another thread and was accused of syntol. To prove that wrong I actually posted a pic of my mother's calf standing next to me.

I got the great genetic gift on the calves and I think legs in general because I do not train them that heavy and they respond well. Here is that pic of my mom and her calves....She's 4'11 and most likely has something like 15"'s...

My only problem is getting the split in the middle. I can get the veins to pop up but that split is damn near impossible for me to get.

Both calf's look symetrical, i just had different camera angles on the shots i was able to take so the left looks bigger.

I think my calf's are getting bigger off of this cycle....I have more viens starting to show up and i'm only training legs not doing calves at all...at least i have not trained them in about 5-6 weeks..

I actually hate my calves....If i could take that muscle and put it on my bi's or chest i would be much happier.....
