Very nice JRMY....like your front, you have a great platform as far as genetics. Your a hell of a lot bigger than I was at your age. These aren't flames...just suggestions. Heavy, strict rowing will thicken that back up, wide grip lat pull downs (or better yet wide grip pull ups) will give that nice flair to your lats. You need to a little more trap work and a little more rear delt work. I know this because I have to do the same thing. The next 4-5 months I'm going to kill my back. But all in all you look great J. Keep it up bro.

JRMY2711 - proud of you bro...keep it up. Nothing beats heart and hard work! You may be surprised at your progress and may not need those "good" vitamis. How long have you been training serious?

Congrats on your boy! and Keep up your training, cause that little man is gonna make you sweat...I have a 3 y.o. and between he and his 9 y.o. sister I have to train HARD just to keep up. Of couse the one major motivation I have for training like I do is the fact that my 9 y.o. daughter is gonna date in about 20 years and I want to be able to frighten if not beat the shit out of any boyfriend she will ever have!

THATS A GOOD REASON THAT IS ALSO THE ONLY REASON THAT I DID NOT WANT A GIRL CAUSE I KNEW THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO DATE ONE DAY GLAD I GOT A BOY CANT WAIT TILL I CAN TRAIN HIM WHEN HE GETS IN HIGH SCHOOL A LONG TIME FROM NOW SO I CAN TEACH HIM TO DO IT THE CORRECT WAY INSTEAD OF LEARNING ON HIS OWN OR FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

looks good bro. follow pete's advice. go as hard and heavy as you can on back, but keep form strict. i know everyone hates pullups, but do them...everyworkout if you can. almost everyday you can find a way to work in traps. leg day- shrugs at the top of deadlifts, back-staright bar shrugs, shoulder-upright row and dumbell shrug
