just wanted sum feed back on my back pic.
i bin out of gym for cople month with injury but got back to it about 3 weeks ago so wanted sum opinions.
i got a long way2 go i know but like the feedback

what kind of opinions you looking for??
looks like the back of someone who doesn't workout a lot. soft around the midsection. but you have been injured so it is to be expected.
Now get back in the gym and start pushing heavy.....good luck

soz bout the quality guys. yeah i lost sum size du to injury but i think ive kept what shape i was starting to get. previous to my injury i had only bin lifting for about 2 years
and yeah, i broke myself bak in to the gym 3wks ago so gona hit it hard in the next few weeks, i just hope my injury dont cum bak

uggghh i hate when guys do this. why do you post practically identical pictures 3 times? if it should be posted at all (considering what poor quality it is) then post it once. i agree with above that it doesnt really look like you workout, or atleast not your back anyways. even considering you've taken a couple months off, I would expect better development after 2 years of training. I think you need to your alter your approach to training in order to achieve your goals.

congratualtions, i'm glad you made gains. then again, going from skinny to having love handles still makes me think you need to change your approach.
