alright here are better pics. let me start off by saying that im not on anything at all, no creatine no NO2 no nothing but whey. i stopped using creatine b/c i wanted to see what i could do with just being 100% natural for a while. i will start taking creatine again tomorrow as a matter of fact and i plan on buying a bottle of myogenx. i have no idea what my bf% is so if you guys could tell me what you think so i can kinda get an idea

I mean what are you're goals..........are you trying to bulk up and get bigger? Are you training for cardiovascular/endurance strength? Are you training for a particular sport?

I would say thats a pretty close guess to be honest. Maybe 13% or so but your arent 11% or anywhere under thats for sure.

Just because you are fairly skinny doesnt mean your bf% is low. So many people look skinny as shit but have a higher bf% than me although people wouldnt think so, but its just because they have no muscle.

Dont worry though you can take care of it easily and your not fat so its not a big deal. Plus the fact that you say THERE IS NOW WAY its that high means you are probably happy where its at so who cares.

Show us some leg and back pics if you want a real critique though, I cant really tell much of anything from those non-posing pics.
