Help in deciding in what to do now?
Ok, a bit of info: At the end of September I started cutting up. I've lost 23Kg (50 lbs). I was 113Kg at 18% BF. I am now 90Kg at 10% BF. I've been training natural and I was going to start gear at 10% BF but I'm not sure if to keep cutting to about 5% BF, do a clean bulk or start gear with a clean bulk. What would you do? Pictures included:-
Oh, no leg shots 'cos I don't wear undies!

dont see the point of cutting to 5 unless you are competing soon. I would clean bulk or clean bulk + gear, but that is a choice only you can make!

If you are set on using AAS< then I would just drop another 10lbs and hit the sauce with a clean bulk (same foods you were eating to cut, jsut make sure your protein is HIGH and your carbs are higher than when youw ere cutting)
Although, I see no problem with starting now if you can keep your diet clean.

youre definetely at the point now where you could really see an increase in benefits from gearing.......But, as always, the choice is yours
