Heres my progess since joining AR...Started out 6'2" 238 maybe 25-30% bf? (february 2006) and eventually got down to 188 caliper tested 14%bf (August 2006) and currently bulking (which ive put on more fat than ive wanted toso im doing lots o cardio--cause i didnt do it to begin w/

as far as goals are concerned..i would like to bulk to 220-225 then eventually cut back down to 200ish by spring break time...skool has been unreal this semester so i havent been able to concentrate on my diet and training as much as id like to, but the semester is finally coming to an end so its back to crunch time again![]()
