    Progess since joining AR

    Heres my progess since joining AR...Started out 6'2" 238 maybe 25-30% bf? (february 2006) and eventually got down to 188 caliper tested 14%bf (August 2006) and currently bulking (which ive put on more fat than ive wanted to so im doing lots o cardio--cause i didnt do it to begin w/ ) up to 212 so far

    as far as goals are concerned..i would like to bulk to 220-225 then eventually cut back down to 200ish by spring break time...skool has been unreal this semester so i havent been able to concentrate on my diet and training as much as id like to, but the semester is finally coming to an end so its back to crunch time again

    You look like a completely different person. Good job! Ever thought about shaving all over? I did about 4 months ago and it has been one of the best things that I have done for my physique. Your arms will look so much stronger and much more vascular. I am starting to see some striations in my legs, and that gives me motivation to work harder. Just a thought!

    Yea i actually have been shaving for quite a while...its just a matter of when i get it done I shave my chest about once every couple weeks and get my back waxed about every 4-6 weeks...Never given a thought about shaving my arms though...maybe once it comes time for spring break!     Pseudo natty...I ran a cycle of sd to kick off the bulking diet (check out UpstateTanks SD Log in the supplement forum)...and come january i have a cycle of M1T lined up...Yes I know both of these substances are steroids but as far as using test/dbol etc I'm holding off till im at least 220 ripped

    I've got a few threads posted with my diet and workouts...

    Here was my cutting diet:

    The only thing I took that would constitute a cycle was SuperDrol which gave me a huge kickstart on bulking...During cutting it was strictly diet + staple supps (whey, BCAA's & arginine for vascularity )...newayz thanks for the feedback fosk!
