my pic is attached. I did a quick c4/clen stack for 4 weeks, the idea was to lose some bf to get my 6pack to show better.
what are peoples opinions?
i do regular ab exercises and my diet is good most of the time.

need to be around 10%bf or under to see your abs, you can do all the ab exercises in the world but without proper nutrition and cardiovascular training you will never see them. try staking ur clen with an E.C.A and add in cardio.. they will come brother

I totally agree with Haro3. When I did my cutting cycle last year with clen I thought I would look pretty ripped. But when I cut down to 10%, I looked really skinny cause my base was shit. You should focus on building the muscle and aim for a lean bulk with a strict diet. Btw, the pics look identical.
whenever you get a chance , do 30+ situps. all throughout the day

list your diet and cardio routine.
I think you should do like Chuck Liddell does and drink a can of Xyience at night, go to sleep and you'll wake up with ripped abs.
