    6pack - how long guys?

    hi
    my pic is attached. I did a quick c4/clen stack for 4 weeks, the idea was to lose some bf to get my 6pack to show better.
    what are peoples opinions?
    i do regular ab exercises and my diet is good most of the time.

    need to be around 10%bf or under to see your abs, you can do all the ab exercises in the world but without proper nutrition and cardiovascular training you will never see them. try staking ur clen with an E.C.A and add in cardio.. they will come brother

    I cant see any change between the two except that you lost your tan in the later one.

    agreed.

    most guys that admire the smaller more atheltic fit look (abercrombie model look) as i call it think they look like that if they just lose fat. its not true. u would benefit more by adding some muscle than you would by trying to get leaner to see ur abs. i gaurantee with a lifting program and descent diet you'll be more satisfied than trying to cut down. because ur just going to cut down and cut down and not reveal anything...see what im saying? u need a musclular base to uncover when losing fat. so go build a base buddy.

    and whoever mentioned the use of Clen and E.C.A. is f*ckin retarded do not listen to that advice.

    I totally agree with Haro3. When I did my cutting cycle last year with clen I thought I would look pretty ripped. But when I cut down to 10%, I looked really skinny cause my base was shit. You should focus on building the muscle and aim for a lean bulk with a strict diet. Btw, the pics look identical.

    I know this is super old, but isn't that what Herschel Walker said he did?? Drop down and do situps and pushups during commercials every night. Heard it during a recent ballgame and this made me think of it.

    you shouldnt give people adivce if you are going to say stuff like this, do you seriously think doing 30+ sit ups a day will give you a 6 pack? that might be the worst 6 pack adivce i have ever heard

    I think you should do like Chuck Liddell does and drink a can of Xyience at night, go to sleep and you'll wake up with ripped abs.
