It's been exactly one month to the date since I did my last show and here is a progress picture. The difference in weight between the pictures is 32 pounds. I have been training 3 times a week and considering what I've been eating I'm happy I'm not extremely fat!I haven't been in the gym since last Wednesday. I took time off to spend with my bf since he's leaving this week for 2 months. Starting today I'll be training 5 days a week.
