I jus finished my second cycle about 2 months ago. i screwed up my wrist during my last week of pct doing incline bench on a smith machine. i had to take time off and jus got back to the gym today. i gained about 15 pounds at the end of my cycle and i lost maybe 7 pounds pounds or so but i think it was mostly water weight and the bloat i got. i took this pic tonite. i've been bulking for about 3 years and have never really tried cutting up. when i started out i was skinny as hell with very little bf. i was planning on a test e and EQ cycle for my next cycle and making it like a lean mass cycle and try to drop a lil bf. what do u think my bf is about now?
