    back shot about a month after pct

    I jus finished my second cycle about 2 months ago. i screwed up my wrist during my last week of pct doing incline bench on a smith machine. i had to take time off and jus got back to the gym today. i gained about 15 pounds at the end of my cycle and i lost maybe 7 pounds pounds or so but i think it was mostly water weight and the bloat i got. i took this pic tonite. i've been bulking for about 3 years and have never really tried cutting up. when i started out i was skinny as hell with very little bf. i was planning on a test e and EQ cycle for my next cycle and making it like a lean mass cycle and try to drop a lil bf. what do u think my bf is about now?

    Looking thick but BF is way too high IMO.
    Quit eating junk and cut down a bit so you can see the foundation you have to work with.

    Strong points look like your delts and arms.
    Weak points are deff your overall back and lower back mostly (lack of deadlifts/squats probably).

    Keep hittin it hard, coming along nicely but you need to clean up the diet a bit.

    youre right about my diet. i actually jus got back from burger king haha. i do eat alotta stupid shit. i did say in my thread that i've been bulking for like 3 years. i dont think my bf is way too high but i think it's a little more then what i wish it was. im 5'9 210lbs and have a 33 inch waist and like 18.5 inch arms. i gotta a lil work cut out for me to get to where i want. I just hate losing strength. I dont know what i like better being really strong or looking good. Im afraid that if i start droppin bf that my strength will fall with it. i think im gonna jack up my protein intake and keep my fat intake really low and carbs moderate. my diet definately does suck tho. im surprised im not a complete fat ass. i pretty much eat chinese, fast food, pizza and like bacon egg and cheeses. i weighed like 140 about 3 or 4 years ago. i think my body image is screwed up. I have bigorexia. when i look in the mirror i still see that scrawny lil bitch i used to be. time for me to check out the diet forum i think.

    OperGetB: lol Yea I could tell you ate like that from the pic.. btw there is no reason just because you're cutting BF your strength should fall as well, I maintained my strength 2-3wks out from a show and was able to get down to about 5% BF while still lifting the same weight.. it's all in how you approach the diet.

    Start studying up and get dedicated. Anyone can get big just as anyone can get lean, but not many can be big and lean.. thats the challenge.

    ill see where im at in 12 weeks or so and post some progress pics...ill shoot to get down to 190-200lbs. im not lookin to get down to 5% bf tho. i dont plan on doing a competetion ever i think. im jus trying to look big but also lean at the same time like u said. if i had anywhere from 12-15% bf and still strong i'd be pretty happy. what do u think my bf % is now. im guessing somewhere around 18-20.

    yea, i think your bodyfat is a little high but not too bad, if you had a tan you would probably look a lot more cut. but show us the abs so we can have a better idea of your bf%

    Wasn't recommending you get down to 5%, just letting you know you should keep your strength if you diet correctly.

    12% is a piece of cake, you barely have to cut calories and really don't even have to do cardio if you know your body well enough. Under 6 is where it gets tricky.

    Post your current diet in the Diet Forum and lets get you on the rigth path.

    What a total fatass, just kidding. You look to have huge arms and delts when compared to your waist. Your back could use some thickness all around. how is your chest in relation to your tris and delts. Do you find that they take alot from your chest in benching?

    12% a piece of cake? Depends on the person. Certainly nowhere near a piece of cake for me...thats for sure

    To Operationgetbig: Lookin big man. Triceps and shoulders have some good size.

    lol gimme a break Chest, you eat like 4500+ calories/day. When is the last time you even tried cutting? I could get you to 12% in no time if you actually followed what I put infront of you.

    Again 12% simple and what I hover around on my dirtiest of bulks.

    That's cool I just don't want him to get the impression 12% isn't achievable, it is very easily done everyday by tons of people who are dedicated and can consistantly follow a plan.

    Looking good. Once you cut down alittle bit, and put on a tan, you will look awesome.
